The single facer provided with this plant is bold new design a radical departure from the conventional traditional single facer breakers new ground with several unique approaches to corrugated board production. The rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth running and longer life.
Right from the reel stand to the cut off unit, each unit of the plant is so designed, to operate in harmony with one another resulting in enhanced efficiency and streamlined operation.

The studily constructed heavy duty oblique type high speed Single facer incorporates all the features for high productivity with easy maintenance and operation. Corrugated rolls are heat-treated alloy steel. The pressure roll is hardened and grinded to ensure uniform pressure and good paper bond, it is provided with moisturised self-loading twin shaft reel stand. High speed bearing mounted machine also offered.

The Machine is designed for cutting and creasing the corrugated board simultaneously. Easy system to set the creasing and cutting dies. Best quality steel properly tempered incorporated in the machine. Two guides are provided on the table to support the sheet for straight feeding.

The machine is provided with three slotting cutters and one corner cutter. The dies are mounted on an eccentric shaft which causes them to move in an arc so that the board is slotted in a shearing manner. The dies can be moved and slot depth adjusted easily.

This strongly constructed machine is for trimming, creasing, slotting and corner cutting of the board simultaneously. Chain feeding arrangement is provided with 2 side gauges to feed the board. The creaser and slotter heads are easily adjustable to the required size.

This machine finds its uses in the application of glue on the tips of the corrugated surface of the paper or a board. The gap between the rolls is adjustable. The glue tray can be raised or lowered to adjust the glue level. Four Roll Machine with single side adjustment also available.
