Feeder:

The feeder is designed to feed the maximum no of blanks per hour. The top loading bottom belt friction feed is ideally suited to almost every type of stock. For smooth continuous untimed high speed feed, a vibrator separates the bottom sheet from the stacks and a step less adjustable drive spaces the blanks.

Pre-Folding:

For prefolding first and third creasing lines of the blank cartons, adjustments are available at the operator end.

Final Folding:

2nd and 4th creasing lines of passing glued blanks are folded with perfect systems and paste up portion is pressed to ensure firm gluing.

Gluing:

Glue wheel made of stainless steel minimize glue usage. Special sizes are available. Glue tank is easily detachable for refilling. Step-up and down system is provided for height changeability of the tank. Micro setting device is attached to determine and control required strip of glue over glue disc.

Driving System:

Variable speed drive electrical and control panel provided. Speed adjustment is also possible in the center of machine at coating unit and emergency brake at delivery unit.

All transfer are guided by spring tensioned independently suspended pulleys so that in case of thickness variation of the blanks, the pressure gets adjusted automatically.

The transfer belt carries left and right are easily adjustable while changing over of carton during make ready.

Pressure Delivery:

Pasted blanks get collected duly overlapped on one another and come out of the delivery and in perfect shape. Synchronization of pressure speed with the main unit speed is possible on varies drive motor.
